CS*ACCESS© was developed to allow third-party software (Windows applications only) to invoke the browse module in CS*EXPLORER© and to eliminate the need for third parties to display and interpret land information from the CS*EXPLORER© database. CS*ACCESS© is consistent in look and feel to the CS*EXPLORER© product, making retraining users unecessary and ensuring the accuracy of data retrieved from the land database. CS*EXPLORER© must be running as a background session in order for a third-party software to execute CS*ACCESS©. Financial applications, engineering applications, and Geographical Information Systems (GIS) are all capable of executing CS*ACCESS©.
